"NIGHT SKIES - Dreaming of You"
The Moon shines and Stars sparkle in this Lovely Necklace of Druse Psilomelene and Freshwater Pearl. Druse Psilomelene has tiny velvety black crystals that form on the surface. Like hanging from the moon the Gem is wrapped in 22 Karat Gold, below a Biwa Style Freshwater Pearl, wrapped in sterling silver. This contemporary pendant is constructed of hand fabricated Sterling Silver "Spiculum" Forms. The Spiculum form is created by forging flat sheets of sterling silver (hammering it to curl up into a hollow tube form). It is then soldered together at the seam. Each of the "Spiculum" forms are then intersected and soldered together as one piece, to create this beautiful contemporary pendant. 14 Karat Gold is folded over the top of the Pendant, like a Halo.
